Love2Bake Chocolate & Sour Cherry Pudding Cake

I picked up this cake mix at the North Norfolk Food Festival last week. Its gluten free and wheat free and produces a cake with is more like a chocolate brownie than anything else!

So as with most mixes all you need is the Love2Bake ingredients, 2 Eggs, Milk and Oil.

 The difference with this mix is that the bag contains, separate bags of ingredient mixes and even your baking paper, so no faffing bout with scissors.

All you do is mix together the 2 bags of powdered ingredients with the eggs, milk and oil, whisk for a minute, then tip into your lined tin.

Dot the Cherries on top and bake in a pre-heated oven.

Simple!

The only complaint I had was that most of it was eaten before I could take a picture!

This was a lovely gooey cake which I would definitely buy again!

There was just enough left to have with a cup of tea today.
